We’ll maintained, the pool and saunas were fantastic! Highly recommend as it’s walkable and very convenient to all locations downtown. Tge bar was also excellent!!

Enjoyed our stay here. Room was a great size with comfortable beds. Location is excellent: 5 min walk to the castle, and around a variety of shops and restaurants and a very safe area. Staff was helpful and friendly. The only “con” is parking for the hotel, which is about a 15 min walk away, so can be challenging if driving.

This is a great hotel for location and comfort. I don't sleep well in hotels but these beds and pillows were fantastic! Multiple options to choose from. I slept great. Dozens of great eating options within 3 blocks of hotel. Needed a cab at 4:30 am for our getaway and they arranged it. Great breakfast every morning too!

This is an exceptional hotel. The location is very near the royal mile. I really liked how it is built into the side of the hill. We were able to use the 4th floor exit at the top and the 1st floor at the bottom of the hill. I will always try to stay at the Royal Scotsman when I return to Edinburgh!

The hotel is located in a quiet part of the Royal Mile. It is clean and in great condition. Plenty of space and the small kitchen was nice. Staff was helpful.

This is a wonderful hotel. We will definitely stay here on future trips. The location is ideal and the employees so responsive. Then beds were super comfortable, I just wish they offered a top sheet in addition to the duvet for the weird Americans that are used to that. I'm sure we could have asked for one. We just loved our suite. Top choice

A stone’s throw from Waverly Station! Tons of restaurants and pubs. Everything was in walking distance. Couldn’t have picked a better spot!

This was a great accommodation for our family of 4. The communication before arrival was detailed and helpful; we had no issues checking in. The apartment gave us tons of space and had a full kitchen. The location right off the Royal Mile was amazing - we could walk to anywhere we wanted between Old Town and New town. I would definitely stay here again for a visit to Edinburgh.

The Fraser Suites Edinburgh gave me that feeling of having my very own luxurious apartment with the added convenience of delightful reception personnel who were cheerful, helpful and ready to accommodate needs at any hour. We love this Holiday Inn Express. All the staff especially PANUWAT were great. Panuwat made sure we had everything we needed. He explained all the hotel had to offer. He was kind and patient. Because we are loyalty members (this is our 4th time at this property) he was able to get us a late check out for my senior citizen mother. Thank you Panuwat and IHG!!

Great boutique hotel that is within a 10-minute walk from the bus station and located on the Royal Mile. Centrally located to all of the sites. Our room was spacious and loved the large bathroom. Great breakfast selection and staff were very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel yet you need to be able to do stairs as there are no elevators at this location.

While it was bizarre being above a shopping mall, the hotel was great. We stayed in a mobility-accessible room which was filled with thoughtful design choices. Loved having the kitchenette, too.

We stayed for a week with part of our family - a group of 16 people in 4 apartments. We had two 3 bedroom and two 2 bedroom apartments. All of the apartments were spacious, clean and well decorated. The 3 bedroom apartments were great for the family to congregate in, especially apartment #31 which has an especially large living area. Everything was as presented: clean, well maintained, great location, easy access. Appliances are in great condition and instructions for use are very well put together. Recommendations provided were great, food at the 3 Bind Mice was outstanding (had to go twice). Rental unit was stunning and would re-book as well as recommend without hesitation.
