Staff was mostly amazing...had only one incident where the front desk person was on the phone with a friend and rudely made me wait to attend to me. Other than that, an excellent stay. Air conditioning worked well during their historical heat wave that was happening while we were there. Breakfast was decent if you're considering adding that...hot and cold foods and a really good espresso machine. Nice bar area and sitting area where...

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. No AC so the hot weather made the room quite warm but not too bad. Breakfast was good, and there is a very nice bike/walking path next to the hotel. Quiet area. Definitely recommend.

Crowne Plaza Utrecht was perfect for my stay. Stayed total of 10 days. A bit confusing finding the entrance as it is inside a mall. But once that part was figured out it was great. Super short walk to the train station. Right in the center of town. Plenty around. Staff were attentive and incredibly helpful with any needs. Would recommend.

We could have found a better spot, the rooms are a bit small by american standards., ours was smaller than what we had requested. Nonetheless, everything was perfect.
The location is perfect - it can best be described as 5 minutes from everything. Great Eco/ design (I am an architect) The staff is personable, and the breakfast was superb!!
The Hague itself, is a gem - we will be back for sure!!
