"Our stay at this hotel was excellent. The room we were given was slightly on the small size, but very clean and modern and perfect for our needs. The breakfast buffet each morning was varied, well maintained and delicious with plenty of options to choose. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful at breakfast especially Carlos, Penina and Deva, who took time to look after us and make us comfortable, with the personal touch.The hotel also accommodated our special request and made our stay special. The location of the hotel is also very convenient for all the main sights downtown Toronto."

"Convenient location. Helpful staff. The complaint we have is that our room thermostat was regulated by the hotel. We would turn the temperature down but it automatically went back to the higher temperature within a few minutes."

"This hotel is one of the best I’ve ever been at and I’ve traveled alot. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to see a Blue Jays game or visit downtown Toronto. The added features like the soft bedding and electric moving shades make the stay very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel. I’ll probably be back."
