"the lobby was warm and inviting, the access to the amenities was clear and well laid out for ease of use. the rooms had nice style and comfortable."

"Extremely comfortable bed & pillows. Very quiet room. Outstanding location. I recommend. Parking garage next door, which is privately managed, was a head scratcher. Its a tight fit for a mid suze suv. Even though there are signs for a lift, there wasnt one - we looked on every floor both at arrival and departure. Lugging suitcases on stairs is not an Olympic sport. Upon departure the gate tried to change me E18 instead of discounted rate of 12. I had my ticket validated by the hotel desk but thats useless. You need to have the ticket validated a second time by the garage attendant."
