"Overall, the hotel is clean. They serve breakfast free every morning. The staff is professional, pleasant and accommodating. I went for my daughter’s spring break and we had the best time. The hotel is very close to maple leaf place if you want to go maple and chocolate tasting. Niagra falls and Clifton Hill is about an 8 minute drive from hotel. Another hidden gem is Niagra on the lake; it’s about a 20 minute ride. Niagra on the lake is peaceful, wine city and home to ice wine. Overall, happy with my experience. The hotel is also thoughtful; they have a board near check in area with details on the weather for the upcoming days and a map. "

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Days Inn by Wyndham on Centre Street in Niagara Falls! From the moment you walk into the lobby, you’re greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality that truly sets the tone for your visit. The customer service here is outstanding. The staff go above and beyond—not only are they friendly and professional, but they even take the time to call your room to check in and make sure everything is perfect. That level of care is rare and very much appreciated. The breakfast was another highlight—fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options to start your day right. It’s clear they put thought into making guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, this hotel delivers an exceptional experience. If you’re looking for a place where you feel welcomed, valued, and cared for, this is it. Highly recommend—definitely a five-star stay!"

"Great but pricey "

"When we arrived we were informed the pool was closed. House keeping only available on request. Only saw one housekeepers cart one day, but there were bags of laundry piled up everywhere. Ice only available on floors 4 6 8 etc. Machines on 4 and 6 not working. Second night tv would not work. Wont go back. "

"We did not eat anything at the hotel. Finding the entrance to the hotel was difficult. The view of the Falls was fantastic! "
