"The shower water took a very long time to get warm. The view of the falls from the advertised picture is far from the truth. We are close to the falls but not very visible. It seemed that anyone could walk into the hotel without being a guest."

"Staff were always on the ball, the elevator was down during our stay and the staff were nothing but helpful when needed helping carry stuff upstairs, with three kids under 6 help was definitely needed and appreciated. Also had our van break down in front of the hotel and the hotel staff were very quick and helpful to help us come up with a solution, 10/10 amazing staff there I have nothing bad to say in that aspect"

"The house had all the basic amenities and felt mostly clean and well taken care of. Upstairs bedrooms were clean and comfortable, although we found the beds to be too soft. The bathroom was very clean and had nice use of clean and new towels. The kitchen was simple, the fan did not work so cooking was limited, but it was stocked with necessary items to prepare a simple meal. The location is very convenient but on somewhat of a large road. It felt safe though and quiet, and overall we enjoyed our time there. Thank you!"

"Clean, comfortable beds, very efficient and well appointed kitchen. Excellent for our family of 5 adults to chill , watch TV and even enjoy the back yard patio during the afternoon sunshine weather, quite a gift in early April. The restaurants and wineries we went to were 1st class. Highly recommend Two sisters winery and restaurant. "
