"From outside it looks amazing, inside looks old furniture old carpet, long waiting for check in, very expensive parking which is almost full hard to find empty places, no security for your vehicle have to park at your own risk, in this condition why they charge huge amount, "

"The property is a bit dated, but it was still a decent overnight stay. The staff who entertained us at check in and check out were all helpful and lovely. About the room… there was a distinct smell when we entered the room for the first time and I didn’t quite like it. I think it’s the scent of the toiletries (cucumber) mixed in with a little staleness/dampness (maybe it’s because it’s a jacuzzi room?). Regardless, it’s still visually clean. Washroom could use some updating since the shower area is smaller than average that a taller/bigger person could have some difficulty with the cramped space. Heater/AC emit some noise when running since it’s also an older model. Other than these, I don’t have other concerns. It’s walking distance from the hotel to Clifton Hill and the Falls so it’s in a very good location. Plenty of parking space but maybe because it’s currently shoulder season. It’s also the cheapest we could find at the time of booking, so I guess you get what you pay for. Overall, it was an okay stay and I would rate it as average. Most of the time, I was outside doing activities and I was only at the hotel to sleep 😄 I don’t think I will be back for another stay as I want to experience a fancier hotel for the next time when I have budget. Definitely suggest that the hotel could do some upgrades for the future. The furnishings are also old and need replacement (e.g. mattress, carpet)."

"Check in process was easy and fast. Nice customer service. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast is average at best. Scarce variety, in fact there's just Boiled eggs, sausages and one more type of eggs, cereals, some fruit and an assortment of breads. That's all. Check out was quick. Overall a nice experience. Best thing is the location, walkable to Clifton Hill, very convenient."

"First time at this hotel …. Our experience was great! Room was perfect! Managers and workers all super accommodating! Pool and hot tub was relaxing! We booked for 4 nights and had the breakfast vouchers … only downfall was about the vouchers …it seemed inconsistent with what we were able to get and not get each day when the buffet wasn’t running ( even though the vouchers said on them what was included) overall very satisfied and will definitely return to this hotel in the future :) "

"The house had all the basic amenities and felt mostly clean and well taken care of. Upstairs bedrooms were clean and comfortable, although we found the beds to be too soft. The bathroom was very clean and had nice use of clean and new towels. The kitchen was simple, the fan did not work so cooking was limited, but it was stocked with necessary items to prepare a simple meal. The location is very convenient but on somewhat of a large road. It felt safe though and quiet, and overall we enjoyed our time there. Thank you!"
