"Amazing hotel. Everyone is so nice and kind. Super clean. And a lot of good food ❤️"

"Exceptional view, beach access, swimming pool, nearby shops, cafes, restaurants. "

"Enjoyed the stay"

"We love Akumal Bay and have been here 5 times. We will keep coming back with family. Rooms-very nice. Sadly we never got 1 chocolate in our refrigerator the entire 8 days. I even asked at the front desk. We have stayed in building 1 and 2 in the past. They are great for getting to the snorkeling beach and pools fast. This time we stayed in building 4 which has been renovated. Nice to have an actual door on the bathroom for privacy. Very quiet too. If you like busy go down to building 1 or...

"Loved this sweet spot on the beach. It was a lovely room, effortless non-contact coming and going."

"Wow!!! If you are looking to relax in nature this is the place. The hosts and staff were amazing making sure our every need was met including getting a Drs appointment for my son. They would also prepare us meals on request. At night you can enjoy the fire by the cenote with the glowing lights inside the caves. During the day the birds are very entertaining we even spotted a toucan. Honestly we can’t say enough about this heaven on earth. We will definitely be returning next year. "

"Beautiful little hotel with amazing food. And great service. If you want a romantic getaway this is it."

"Todo excelente, el lugar increíble, la comida rica, todos son muy atentos"

"A rare time when the pictures line up with reality. Our stay was very nice. The place is well run and only a couple years old. The food was great. There weren't many people staying there since we went in slow season (July) so it felt very mellow and private. The beach was full of seaweed so we couldn't swim, but we expected that so it wasn't a disappointment. The beach is very calm and shallow. Excellent location near everything. No more than a 15 minute drive to most of our activities. Highly...

"Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Quiet, serene, definitely a vibe worth experiencing. The staff is overly friendly and helpful. If I only had to have one complaint is that while not healthy, the TV doesn't really work because of the poor Wi-Fi. Mostly just for feedback purposes but most people don't want a TV on this type of vacation."

"Great Hotel A-lot of amenities Tasty decisions for Food and great rooms"

"This is a very special place. It's a little off the beaten path, which made for a very relaxing vacation. The whole area felt entirely safe. A car would be nice, but not necessary (we didn't have one). Tony, the hotel manager, is amazing! Whatever you want to do, wherever you want to go, he can help you make safe and affordable arrangements. We ate most of our dinners at the on-site beach bar/restaurant. Roberto was a great server and made top-notch cocktails -- I enjoyed everything I had there,...

"Smaller resort, staff is more attentive and remembers everyone. Great selection of food choices on and around resort for eating areas and many drink options at the bar. Always able to find lounge chairs and cabanas on the beach. Shuttle service quick to get around. Access to included surrounding partner resorts for more activity options was a plus."

"Batallé mucho en prender el Minisplit por falta de pilas al control de ahí en más estuvo bien"

"Shuttle service hard to schedule. No answer . No early check in . Tours offered in hotel are expensive and are crap. Got better deal outside hotel."
