"This was one of the best stays we've ever had. The service was outstanding, and both the breakfast and dinner offerings were excellent. Rumi and her colleague — whose name I unfortunately can't recall — were absolutely wonderful. They were attentive, patient, and great listeners, even though we could only communicate in English and didn't speak the local language. They made us feel completely at home. The rooms were immaculate — our beds were always made up perfectly, and everything was kept to the highest standard. It was truly an exceptional experience in Japan. In fact, we were so spoiled by this hotel that every other stay felt like a step down as we travelled from Tokyo to other cities."

"Beautiful little place, gathering spot on 2nd floor is lovely. Fox News is the only English language TV station (no BBC world?) which is a horrible choice but YouTube was at least easy to log into with the remote. Would stay again for sure!"

"I stayed at the Hibiya Blossom 4 nights. It is a beautiful hotel. Clean, beautifully decorated and immaculately maintained. And it is the best smelling hotel I have ever encountered in my life. I would buy that smell. Divine. Centrally located, easy to walk to shopping in various Ginza areas. Cabs are easy to order via Uber or S-ride. They can be expensive. I was lucky enough to be on the top floor. I was in the clouds. The view of Tokyo Tower was amazing and I never closed the blinds. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again when I return. The restaurant is excellent, but if you are wanting Western food, you will not find it on the dinner menu. Not a criticism - just a FYI."

"The hotel is showing signs of aging. The carpets need to be replaced. Shower could get some tile grout redone. We found out our floor is scheduled to have new work done so this could be next on the list. It’s very convenient location offsets the aesthetics. However it’s secure and quiet and priced appropriately."
