"Room was comfortable (twin beds) though windows needed cleaning and no longer open (screwed down), large TV ok with a very limited set of Astro Satellite channels. Small fridge but it did not have an ice box so you need to ring down to have ice sent up. Room service includes a scaled down version of the 4th floor restaurant menu. Pool with bar on the 4th floor too also serves the same food. Draught Guinness (500ml pints) was very good with view of the river and China town area. Underground...

Extremely convenient for many attractions of the city - right on the waterfront, and almost directly opposite the Assembly buildings. Chinatown is just behind - with many delicious options for food. "Everything was good but housekeeping needs improvement. Second day 19/12 house keeper didn’t replace face towels and tea. Then on 20/12 we left the room at about 1130 am. Came back at about 3 pm room was not cleaned. Had to wait in lobby to wait for it to be clean "

"Hotel's generally all right and one of my favorites whenever I visit. But more can be done for the bathrooms. Second time here and i realized it needs improvements. The room smelled musty, and there was a huge black patch on the ceiling of the toilet with what i assume, is mould. Walls of the toilet weren't exactly clean as well. While it's a non window room and theres no other form of ventilation other than the bathroom vent, i think more effort could be spared to maintaining the bathrooms....
