Brittany, the Supervisor, was extremely helpful with our reservation and answered our questions regarding offsite restaurants. I felt that all the staff/team were friendly and available to help when needed."

"Room dressers didn’t close. They kept sliding open. The parking is next to non existent. Not enough parking to cater for the amount of guests. My remote to my tv didn’t work and the guy just changed the batteries and said it should works it didn’t. When I tried to call the front, they had the phones on a loop so the calls wouldn't come thru. Walls are thin, you can hear everything. And I left my watch and within an hour of calling them to alert them exactly where I left it, they said it wasn’t there. I got a ping that my watch is now 12 min from the hotel. So someone found it. I Usually don’t complain about things but everything was just straight ghetto. Never again."

"Very comfortable room, Excellent bed, bath and overall space. Breakfast was terrific, 24-hour coffee and tea. Desk staff was friendly but maintenance staff not so much. Pool was out of order. Coffee was good, but not outstanding. I would choose the same room again, room 822. It was awesome. No problems, but about 4 stars --- which is still good! "

"Our room was dirty, I text a complaint all they said was, we’ll give u extra honors rewards points. And apologized. I had to clean the room. I was staying there with kids and my elderly mom. The pool water was really cold and the room was as well, so uncomfortable to swim in. The heater in the room only worked when it was on 80 and above, which made sleeping uncomfortable. For the price I paid on city line ave, this minor things. the room being dirty was my biggest issue, I spend the first hour, cleaning the room that should have been clean"

"The bathroom was FILTHY DIRTY. The shelf under the sink looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in MONTHS. The tub was filthy too. If the place was clean, it would’ve been a decent room, but I was repulsed. There was also garbage on the floor in the bathroom."
