"Hello, when you walk into the hotel, there was trash on the outside of the area, walking into the lobby. And then when you walk in the lobby, the rug was filthy and needs to be replaced like ASAP!, couldn't check-in at 4 had to wait 2 and a 1/2 hours before check-in. Ask for extra towels never receive it. Shampoo, body wash all of that was out/empty in the room no one never brought it to the room. I had to go to the office - front desk to get it. The tub had hair in it, the room was musty and needed to be vacuum. There was broken furniture, which we I kept hitting my leg on the draw. Try to get a cup of coffee down in the lobby area. They were having appliance issue and technical issues, so I could never get a cup of coffee. It wasn't working. One elevator was down the whole time, and they didn't put a note up there or just letting the guest know that one elevator isn't working. They only charge some people for parking as I was listening when it was time for me to finally check-in. But of course I was charged for parking. Very unhappy customer and I had encouraged others, family to stay at the same marriott i was staying at wish I never did after all these issues. Thank you for reading this, God Bless."

"Very questionable area. The shower valve was backwards and flooded the floor every time we used it. The toilet seat was children sized. If we could have found another place close we would have left. The main door lock looked poorly installed. Would never recommend this rental to anyone."

"The property was dirty. The elevator floors looked like they have never been cleaned The elevator lobby on our floor smelled like garbage all weekend. The floor in our room was sticky. There was no breakfast The property was being used for homeless housing It was very sketchy hotel"

"This is a beautiful historic home in a gorgeous neighborhood. This home is lived in and separated into apartments so keep that in mind. I will say the constant signs for cleanliness can feel daunting if youre someone with actual ocd just a heads up for my disabled homies out there haha.The host was very kind and communicative and they responded swiftly to all messages. Awesome water pressure too! There is a bathtub and tons of closet space! As well as an iron and ironing board which I needed and was pleasantly surprised by."
