"Cute well equipped room with a few issues…. A lovely big comfy bed, with good quality linen was let down by flat hard pillows. Grubby around the edges - unable to have window open as window arm broken, rug under bed very dirty. Lovely big white fluffy towels. Bathroom itself was also in need of a deep clean around the edges and the overhead shower needs fixing as the water flow was poor. Breakfast was good quality. "

"The hotel is located close to Interchange Luton Station, less than 10 minutes walk. When I arrived at reception was Sunny, he was welcoming, very polite and professional. The room was very clean and spotless, looks like everything is well maintained. The breakfast was good as well, there are various options, obviously you can have a good English breakfast if you like. There is free coffe, tea in the Reception area. They have a coffe machine where you have various options for espresso,...

"Great place to say with exceptional food as always even though we didn't eat there on dinner there on this occasion. We had a very comfortable sleep. The room was lovely. Guy is very friendly and goes over and beyond to cater to your needs and so do the other two gentlemen. We had a full English which was sublime. Compliments to the chef EVERYTIME. We look forward to staying again. Hats off the whole team!"
