"Look everyone it's a motel. There's only so much you can expect when you're paying $44.95 a night. The good stuff: It was clean, the bathroom, the bed and the floors. It was nice and cold in the room. There was no microwave or fridge. That's not the motel's fault, I've just never stayed anywhere without one. Nothing specifically was super bad about it. "

"I wasn't in my room pretty much but to sleep, but still comfortable even when had to sleep on pull out in the other part of the suite. Wish the whole middle wasn't open because you can hear people talking inside the room from all the way below. So glad the room had a fridge as that seems to be less common these days."

"This house was so beautiful, clean and was in the perfect location. We had such a wonderful time relaxing and visiting. We slept so well in the comfortable beds. The trip was perfect because of this house. "
"A great location a few minute walk from Bath House row in Hot Springs. The motel was clean and quiet. The room was small, but definitely good condition and clean. Good quality for the affordable price. Location was close to all the major spots in the park as well as a the Happy Hollows Spring one of the only cold springs in the park. Parking was easy. Staff friendly. Lawn games available too!"
