"The apartments are a 15 minute level walk from the station, and Baden centre and have a bus stop right outside. Both living and bedrooms were spacious, bed was comfy. Nice garden if weather is good. Friendly host. "

When we checked in the front desk attendant did not open the door or help with luggage as he saw us struggling to get through the door and there was no offer to help. He simply asked us to fill out a form and gave us 1 key. No welcome, no explanation of the 600-acre property or what was on site. No hours given for the restaurant or spa so we had to come back and get all of that information. Very odd...

"Lovely, brand-new feeling, modern hotel. The included breakfast is fantastic and beats out most normal hotel breakfast offerings in the US. The location is idealâsteps from the subway which takes you to the old town, walking distance to Schönbrunn. The bunk beds worked out well for our friend tripâpower outlets by each bed, comfortable beds. Highly recommend! They provide an all-in-one shampoo/soap in the bathroom. "

"The hotel and staff in general were brilliant. The position of the hotel in relation to public transport to the centre of Vienna was ideal. The Schonbrunn Palace was within walking distance...just over 1km. Very clean, comfortable beds and good size bedrooms.
Would have liked a more varied breakfast...plenty of food there but the same buffet every morning...switching it up a bit would be welcome.
All in all we would def visit it again."
