In town for a conference at the GRB Convention center. A nice 13 minute walk to the event. Also, a short walk to multiple restaurants. About a 10 minute walk to the Toyota Center. The unit had a nice rooftop area to visit. Very comfortable stay. For the price it was a 10.

Beyond bare-bones, but sufficient if all you’re doing is sleeping there. The instructions for navigating the complex itself were not especially helpful, and the pot smell in the hallway was INTENSE, but again, if you’re only there to sleep it’s not bad. The location is convenient, and it felt safe enough to walk to the convention center

The apartment is a 10/10, the space was very clean and smelled great! Communication with the hosts Jennifer and Brain was great, going above and beyond making me feel very welcomed on my first visit to Houston. As a solo female traveler this place felt cozy and safe and not to mention the onsite parking and walking distance to House of Blues where I attended an event. I absolutely enjoyed my stay and I would stay here again!! No complaints, everything was excellent!!
