"No lift. But the lady at the front desk with dark hair and bangs was absolutely delightful. As a woman traveling alone she made sure to let me know if I needed anything to reach out, didn’t say my room number out loud in case someone could over hear, and made sure to put me on second level. "

"Alison was lovely, The property was perfect for us all, it even had a little place were you could sit out side and have a glass of wine or a morning coffee.We would totally stay again, but we would bring a toaster, the bed was so comfortable which was a huge plus, there are drawers places to hang your coats and its perfect if your out all day and its some where to just put your head down and have a lovely sleep when you get back . Shower room was a great size extra . 100% We would stay again. . "

"Nice, newly renovated and modern place to stay and only a short drive to Liverpool City Centre. Spacious lounge, kitchen and the bedrooms are a good size with comfortable beds. Main bathroom is spacious but the other two shower rooms are a bit tight for space. Kitchen has all the required utensils including kettle and toaster. Good location with shops and restaurants near by and the closest pub is a 2 min walk. Parking spot available outside the house. Wi fi was available and functioned well without any issues. Communication with the host was straightforward and for any questions I asked a prompt response was provided. When we checked in an emergency contact number was provided which we thought was thoughtful. Check in and check out process was straightforward and hassle free. "

"I had a great stay at the 8 Quadrant apartments in Hoylake over the weekend. Communication with the host (Alex) was excellent throughout, making everything smooth and stress-free. We did have a little hiccup with the key retrieval but was able to find a solution not long after. The one-bedroom apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The location was also ideal—just a short walk to the train station (literally across the road), which made getting into Liverpool city centre super easy. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable base in the area. Thank you! "
