The 5th hole at Mariners Landing, a par 3 over water, can be seen directly across the cove from the property. Favorite restaurants, shops and more are within a short drive. Smith Mountain Lake State Park is also five minutes away for hiking or mountain biking experiences. The State Park also offers a huge beach with a lifeguard during the summer.
This gorgeous waterfront home features a gently sloped lot with 110 feet of water frontage and a floating and stationary dock in a wide water cove. Bring your boat or rent one locally. Summer days are well spent swimming and fishing before getting together around the outdoor firepit in the evenings for s'mores and storytelling. From coffee in the morning to cookouts in the afternoon, you can immerse yourself in the outdoors and savor scenic views.
The main level of the home features a great room (kitchen, eat in kitchen island, living room with gas fireplace and vaulted ceilings) which opens to a generous deck overlooking the lake. The Master bedroom and full bath with tub/shower is to the left of Great room. Hallway bathroom, with shower, to the right along with two generous bedrooms (one of which is the 2nd Master waterfront bedroom with full bath/shower). The well stocked kitchen includes a multi-purpose Keurig coffee pot with single or pot coffee system, microwave, oven and single bowl sink. A propane gas grill is on the upper deck.
The lower level affords a generous recreation room with pull out full sleep sofa, L Shape couch, gas fireplace, 80-inch TV with Nintendo Switch and an assortment of board games. This room also opens to the lower-level patio overlooking the lake. Split bedrooms off each side of the Recreation room are very large and accommodating. To the left, you will find a 3rd Master Bedroom with shower. To the right you will find another room which is furnished as a 5th bedroom or den. The lower level also contains a large storage room with a washer and dryer along with life jackets and assorted water toys.
Please note : The hot tub is not for use by renters.

Home managed by CB Sales and Rentals, Inc. | You must bring your own fitted and flat sheets, towels, and toiletry items. Linen rentals are available third party if you prefer to pack light. Comforters, quilts, pillows, and mattress protectors are provided. Occupancy is set by the counties and state of VA; we do not have the ability to override it or make exceptions. Please do not ask.
