Wilderness at the Smokies - Stone Hill Lodge

"We enjoyed our stay, the accommodations were great. However, the one bed in our room was very used and bowed in the middle, making sleep very uncomfortable. It was very noisy there due to all of the young children running around all hours. Stonehill Lodge is great if you have really young children. The water play there closes at 6pm. The staff were all amazing though. If I choose to stay at Wilderness again in the future, I will definitely choose to stay in the other Lodge, so my kids can go to their own thing. We appreciate the fact that they were trying to sell time shares, but once we declined, it would have been appreciated to let it have dropped with thatm instead of being approached several times. That and the crappy bed, were the only real negatives about our stay."

"Second time staying here. The pools are fantastic, the breakfast is great and has a great variety, and the rooms are very comfortable. I have recommended it to friends and it will be my go-to hotel anytime I visit."

"I really enjoyed this stay! The beds are slightly uncomfortable but overall great experience. I will definitely ask for a pool view next time. Would be cool if they add complementary breakfast in the future (:"

Country Cascades Waterpark Resort

"We visited with our 3 year old grandson, he had a blast. He wasn't tall enough to ride the big slides, but he loved all the smaller slides and splash pad. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very clean. We constantly saw employees cleaning everywhere, vending, ice machines, mopping floors and they have very large clean restrooms. The beds were comfy and it was easy to request more towels or anything you may need. We did the meal plan, and it was a great deal. You get 2 16" pizzas with any toppings, 2 huge salads, 4 cookies from the bakery, 2 unlimited refill cups, and breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids for $75. All the food was excellent, and they have refill fountains all over the hotel which was nice. You can check in early and get your wristband to go ahead a play in the water before being able to go into your room at 3. You can also stay and play after you check out of the hotel. They had tons of activities, bubble dance party, dino stuff, singing, duckpin bowling, arcade and more. We will definitely be going back."

Wilderness at the Smokies – River Lodge Suites

"Everything was great! We had the best time. The only thing id say and its not a complaint just a suggestion. The outdoor Waterpark should remain open past 7pm. That's early for people on vacation, especially if they have other things planned through that day! Otherwise, no complaints about the hotel, staff, or cleanliness. The firefly restaurant is junk and not worth the money just an FYI"

Cambria Hotel Pigeon Forge

"The only complaint I had was the entrance with little coverage to unload your vehicle during rain. It was raining and folks still got wet due to overhang being narrow and leaking through on you. Other than that I’d give an A++"

"Great hotel! Pools and hot tubs were great for the kids and adults. Nice breakfast, wonderful rooms-clean, updated, roomy. Love staying here! Staff is so helpful. Perfect location ❤️"
