Our bathroom sink hardly flowed and was not sorted out which was a hassle; staff friendly and (as with most people in Amsterdam ) spoke English. "

The bedroom was spacious and very clean with tea and coffee facilities. Good storage space. Concierge helpful with local knowledge, advice and trip discount codes.. Near the museum quarter and a large number of restaurants and bars within 5-10 minutes on foot. The 397 bus to and from airport passes 100 metres away and tram stop right outside into old town and Central Station. Great location."

"First off the location was perfect for access to Central Station and the old city. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great ànd set you up well for a busy day of walking and sight seeing. The pool and sauna were such a nice way to unwind at the end of each day."

"The room was small but comfortable. There was some talking out in the hallway in the early hours but not prolonged. I guess whomever was responsible felt a bit guilty because there was a bottle of Amstel outside our door in the morning. Staff was great and the breakfast was very good, not like many “continental“ breakfasts we suffer through in Canadian hotels."
