"I love how accommodating the staff was here. We were nearly an hour late for our dinner but they went above and beyond to serve us anyway. The food was one of the best we've had throughout our entire trip of Japan as well. The room and atmosphere was also very cozy and we loved pretty much everything!"

"The hotel was convenient in order to travel around Osaka, being not far from the Namba stations. Furthermore, there are plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance. Being in the superior room and having access to the lounge, with coffee, beer, soft drinks and snacks, the hotel amenities were fantastic."
