"The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good, but the room was tatty and in need of some improvements. The curtains did not cover the window, the toilet seat was broken, the furniture was old and scruffy. It could have been cleaner."

"The bed had no top sheet, just a really thin blanket. The bottom sheet had a burn hole in it. There was no maid service even though we were there 3 nights. The vessel sink was so huge there was no room for toiletries. The shower wasn’t consistent in temperature. The room was very small. The alley where it was located was not lit well at night and smelled bad. Staff was very pleasant. The room was clean. "
