This cozy and updated 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath lake home is tucked inside a quiet gated community on Lake Sam Rayburn, just minutes from Umphrey Pavilion. With 1,446 sq ft of rustic charm and modern comfort, the home features a wood-burning fireplace, an open layout, and lake views from the fully enclosed porch complete with outdoor seating, a fan, and string lights.

Downstairs includes two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a dining area for six, and a fully stocked kitchen with complimentary coffee, cooking spices, and pantry essentials.
