"Great one night stay for a very affordable stay in the heart of Julian. No frills but perfect place to sleep at the end of a busy day. Dog friendly which is a plus!"

"This place was a total steal. It has a fully stocked kitchen and beautiful backyard witha hammock. The building itself is large, comfortable and well conditioned. I never had a heat issue even though it reached the upper 90s outside! The drive to Sandiego was about an hour, but is was through gorgeous mountains and fun roads! The owner was completely accomodationing and returned my texts quickly. Absolutely worth way more than the price they are asking. Loved it!!"

"The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms are air conditioned. Wonderful place to relax. Nearby stores, shops and restaurants in walking distance. You can also stay and enjoy the view of the town from the porch chairs or the many books and puzzles in the inviting lobby. Will return again."

"Check in was a little tricky. When you arrive, you check in via text. The person receiving the text is not on site. You have to wait for the on site staff to receive a message from whoever has the contact phone. The gentleman who was on site that weekend was very helpful."

"Great stay, kind host and excellent communication. Lots of cool antiques to see in the cabin; kept us busy for hours. Very cozy stay and definitely is much different than opting for a hotel. You truly get the cozy, small cabin in the woods experience!"
