"This hotel is located in the centre of Helsinki (two streets from the City Hall and harbour). The staff are very good and friendly - all speak fluent English. The rooms, whilst excellent, are very modern in design. The breakfast has a large variety of options. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."

"This was a great value hotel. The location, just a couple of blocks from both the Esplanade and the Market is excellent. If you're looking for a full service hotel with a formal check-in, concierge, etc., this is not your hotel. If you're comfortable with communications and check-in via What's App, you'll be rewarded with a great price, clean hotel, and a free laundry (that we used). Our takeaway - after our first Bob W experience, we will look for locations in other cities."

"A great choice—clean, comfortable bed, excellent service, elegant breakfast in a beautiful, historic building next door & a perfect location. The famous market is right across the street. Tourist ferries, shops, restaurants, churches & the design district are also right there. The efficient trams/buses easily took us anywhere else we wanted to go. Hotel Haven is truly a cozy haven that enhanced our time in Helsinki!"
