"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love our stay here! The property is clean, and the kitchen is well stocked up. Wonderful beach view. This unit is on 2nd floor/top floor at the corner of the building. It has many beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas and more beach stuffs when we were there. We walked to plenty of cute stores, restaurants and biked on the bike path. Property management (kauai vac rental) is also very friendly and responsive. There’s always someone picking up the phone or texting us back when we had questions. We had left something and remembered it a day after we got home and called them. They were able to ship it back to us!"

"The pool was only open the first day of our stay and was closed the rest. Not being able to use the ceiling fan wasn't cool. It was weird that the coffee maker had to be moved to use since it wasn't plugged it and I couldn't reach the socket. The shower was amazing for tall people!"

"We had an issue with the TV and when we called the front desk we were told they do not handle problems as it is rented through VRBO. We were told to contact VRBO. No instructions on where to leave the key at checkout. We left it on a counter and the next day we got a text stating the cleaner couldn't get in as the key wasn't in the lockbox. The cleaner should have a key and where to leave the key should be in the instructions if that is an issue for them.Beautiful ocean view and wonderful wave sounds ."

"This condo was absolutely perfect for us. Very clean and updated. Literally steps from the ocean! Beautiful sunrise every morning. Steps from the bike/walk trail. Kapaa is a beautiful little town. Walking distance to shops/restaurants. Excellent host. The condo is stocked with all of the essentials needed for the beach. Fully stocked kitchen. Most relaxing vacation ever! Thank you, Lena."

"We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and well appointed. We appreciated there were various spices (not just salt/pepper) and plenty of kitchen items. All the beds were comfortable, which is always iffy when renting. The place was certainly large enough for the five of us who went, but it would be roomy enough for a few more.There is no A/C, as is common for Kauai, so it got stuffy but there were many fans to help out. We loved the wrap-around balcony. The view was lovely and just feet to the ocean if you wanted a more expansive view. We took daily walks along the bike path. The location to town was mere feet away as well. No need to get in your car for morning coffee or evening dinner. And the shopping, well, it's everywhere. Our family has been visiting Kauai for over 30 years and this was our first "stay" in Kapa'a itself. We would definitely return to not only this part of the island, but to this home as well. Thank you for a memorable vacation. Mahalo!"

"This property met all of my expectations. Location was oceanfront with an awesome view from the lanai. It was steps from the walking trail, easy walking to local markets, restaurants, food trucks and more. The condo was updated and very clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were conveniently stocked with necessities. Upstairs loft was perfect for our three grandchildren, ages 8,10 and 12. There was an abundance of water toys, snorkeling gear, beach chairs and umbrellas to use. There were very clear directions on how to run the A/C, TV and other appliances. Also included great suggestions for activities and dining.This was our first family vacation together with our son and his family. It was an unforgettable trip that our grandchildren will always remember."
