"My family including 2 kids, 3 adults used this condo as a home base in Kona. The decor may be a bit dated, but everything was functional and just what we needed. We appreciated the beach supplies including boogie boards, chair, towels, etc. We especially enjoyed having AC as it was quite hot during our stay "

"The suite was as described, which was the perfect size for the two of us. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location was beautiful, and the walk to the beach just took several minutes. I would highly recommend water shoes once you get to the beach, as the shore is very rocky. Paul was very communicative and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Such a beautiful place to stay and we will book again."

"Fantastic location which can't be beat if you are looking to stay on the Kona side of the island. Easy access to North and south portions of the coastline, shopping and food. Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to private cove. House was very clean, pool was our favorite. The home was very comfortable and we received prompt owner response to any questions. "We did not stay as planned. My wife had an emergency appendectomy on Friday afternoon and we did not make it to Kona. The owner had contacted me earlier with instructions and i replied to him that we had to cancel due to the medical emergency. I am waiting to see if i will get a refund from the owner as the cancellation was not in accordance to the cancellation guidelines. "

"Everything we needed and more. There was a beach umbrella, several beach chairs, coolers to use towels to use and a wonderful lanai that we spent a lot of time on in the morning. The condo is very convenient to everything. We will definitely be back."

"This condo is beautiful, well stocked and very clean. Owner is wonderful to work with. We can't say enough about this condo rental. Great location, on the 9th hole of Kona Country Club. With both golf and ocean views, it is the most comfortable place we have ever rented."

"Great place. We had 7 people and it fit all of us comfortably with space to spare. Great view of the ocean and sunset from the balcony. Close to a grocery store and Koma. Thier beach recomendations from the welcome note were perfect and we were close to the pool too. My kid loved the little lizzards that scurried around outside."

"This place was great for our family to stay. Enough room to spread out, place to sit outside and listen to the ocean, and plenty of on-site activities to enjoy. Location was great as well as it's away from the busy area's of Kona but still only a few minutes away from the shops/restaurants."
