"Hotel is quite a distance from Heraklion town. There is a daily bus, Monday to Saturday only. Fares are reasonable. Approx 4 Euros per person. On the 9am service you must come back on the 2pm bus. The second service is 2:45pm you are able to get to town, but are responsible for finding your way back to hotel after this. Taxi fare is approximately 40 euros. The hotel scenery is good. As it is a village style, there is a handy mini bus that can take you to and from the various amenities. Recommend sea view rooms and all inclusive package. Dining room - Spacious and clean with plenty of delicious food options. Found staff were friendly, approachable and super helpful. If you get the opportunity to visit the a la carte restaurant which is above the main dining area, there is a good menu and service in this restaurant is excellent. I would stay here again at some point in the future."

"The hotel was beautiful and the room spacious and very clean. But both bathrobes were missing the belts and the room service was very slow. We ordered a drink to deliver to the room and it took 1,5 hours until we got it."

"Great location and within walking distance of attractions, shopping, food, buses. Staff extremely attentive in the lobby and restaurant area. Breakfast fantastic selection and variety every day of stay. Room and balcony overlooking the marina etc. wonderful.Would stay there again."

"A nice location just out of the old town. A quick and friendly check in with a small upgrade to a harbour view ,which was very much appreciated. Standard size room with an excellent shower but a terrible mattress that gave me terrible back ache , not something I suffer with normally. It was all a little “sterile” tbh, staff who were polite but not particularly friendly. We didn’t ear at the hotel but did enjoy a wine in the bar each night , being served by a scruffy and a little grumpy barman. We would not choose to stay again as it’s clearly aimed more of a business hotel ."

"We had an amazing time everything from the transfers to and from the airport to the hotel, to the hotel itself just couldn’t fault anything. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and they were so friendly. This was the first time going all inclusive we couldn’t have chosen a better place the food was so nice and so much choice. The hotel was very clean and tidy the grounds were well maintained. We will be staying here again in the future."
