"The rooms were clean and large. Even though it is somewhat worn and dated, everything worked. We had one issue with the A/C remote that was fixed immediately. The staff were all warm and friendly. We arrived late and the restaurant just closed but Kaden and her colleagues scrambled around to get us snacks and a beverage. We had all our meals in the onsite restaurant and they were all good. "Great location within easy access to the airport. Easy check-in. Clean and spacious room. Good air-con. Clean and well-presented throw-out our stay. The food was excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. The quiet adults only pool was lovely and peaceful and we were well looked after by their team of staff. The additional activities were well explained. The check-out was easy. In all it was a lovely stay at the Meru. We will recommend this to our friends. Thanks to all."

"I absolutely loved my stay. If I ever come back to bali, I'd for sure consider going to this hotel. The staff were super friendly. The room was very spacious and the garden/pool/rice farm were gorgeous. A short ride from the shopping center and the monkey forest. They also had shuttle bus every few hours to the center. The rooms were clean and when I was staying, it seemed that they were renovating some of the rooms which would make them even nicer. "
