"Every staff member and the manager I met, were personable, helpful, courteous, and professional. They are a cut above many places I have stayed in my life of travels. In this day and age, where no one seems to understand the meaning of Customer Service, they were exceptional. As a sidelight, the food there is exceptional, including breakfast. "Hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great to get on and off a major highway as well as being close to things like Wal-Mart, Tractor Supply, multiple gas stations, multiple different food options ( Coney Island, Five Guys, Shawarma etc) to help with any extra things you need. Also a lovely park nearby called Innovation Park off Hamlin road. Amazing for kids and families and also offers good bike paths and hiking as well although it's not a large path....
"We stayed at this property multiple times for the past few years when we picking up or dropping off my college students. This hotel suite is large and the price is reasonable. It is comfortable to stay and convenient too. We often walk to the Thai restaurant near by for dinner. "
"This met my expectations for my mom who needed a quick getaway. She told me she enjoyed and sent pictures of how she liked the room. So if my mom was happy that makes me happy and willing to book there again."
"Helpful staff and the location of the hotel is near groceries and restaurants. They do not charge for parking which is good. The only thing that are the middle of the night, it got very noisy with two people talking right outside my room. Other than that, a very nice place that I will go back to again if i need to book. "
