Beautiful lake view, quiet and away from the bustle of Lake Geneva, but still plenty to do. Nice restaurant and got a coupon for $10 each off breakfast which was nice. Room was a bit dated but very clean and comfortable. We noticed they are in the process of updating the rooms so we look forward to our next stay!

Beautifully renovated rooms. Views right on the lake. Restaurant and music next door at the Getaway. Limited continental breakfast and at 9am on a Monday. Leaves in the pool. Walkways and stairs need painting and carpet ripped. Sky light in room lights up the room at 5:30am. No covering to it.

A charming historic hotel with pretty decor and lake views; a classic lakeshore location with patios, small beach, and boat rentals (also an outdoor pool); an onsite restaurant with lake views; a coffee shop; and helpful, welcoming staff. This older building has been updated in most ways, though our air conditioner wasn’t top notch and exterior stairs need paint. But our room was clean and pleasant, with comfortable bedding.

It was run down a bit but had some charm. Room was clean but tub was a jacuzzi tub with holes where jets use to be. The restaurant “getaway” was excellent and had lots of charm. Deck to view lake como could use some clean up but cannot avoid birds and I guess bird poop but could be cleaned up a bit.

Unfortunately the property did not match the pictures or description on the web site. Room was very dated... small wicker sofa had no support to sit in it. Many stains and worn carpet. Leak under tub. Outside many long overdue repairs needed. Stairway showing sign of rotting wood. Front desk staff lady was very pleasant and helpful. Since we pre-paid we could cancel. We stayed on night and ended up move for the 2nd and 3rd night to a nearby modern hotel. On site restaurant 2 stars. My wife's halibut was so dried out hard to eat.

We love the views and our room was just recently remodeled and it was so nice. The beds were comfortable. Also the price was reasonable especially for the views we had during our stay.. Very quiet as well.
