Very convenient for transportation (short walk to the Elizabeth Line which takes you to the airport, Paddington, etc). The staff is extremely helpful. They give you the traditional neighborhood feel where people know each other and help each other. "We book the hotel, When we arrived at the hotel ,was told they had no rooms available. also they said that they couldn’t find our booking , then said that something may be available at a different hotel, when looked at the place there was no suitable parking . Also the man had not been able to confirm with the hotel, They now say there was a room and have kept our money."
