"I stayed here after nearly all flights out of Chicago were canceled, so I'm sure it was an unexpectedly busy night. But everyone at the hotel--front desk, maintenance, and shuttle drivers--was patient, kind, and helpful. It made a frustrating day and night much easier to handle."

"The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and staff were all friendly. There wasn't any free coffee station in the lobby bc they only have a coffee shop where you have to pay for it, that's the only downside. Everything else was fantastic."
