After complete renovation of this spacious ground floor apartment, you will find a 76 m² apartment furnished with care and taste. The apartment has a spacious entrance area that merges into the kitchen and dining area with 33 m². Here is also a nice seat and the dining table. There is access to the garden through a glass door. The kitchenette is fully furnished. There is also a high chair. In the living room with 17 m² there is a Ligne Roset sofa bed and the HD TV with DVD player. very fine appartment, clean and spacey, easy to park the car in front, many small restaurants for an easy and cheap Turkish meal. Walking distance from the city centre, but also tram is comfortable.

Leipzig is wonderful

The apartment is in a great location - 5 minutes from a tram stop which is 10 minutes from the main railway station which made our time in Leipzig much easier as we travelled by train. Being a ground floor apartment was a plus for us because we were travelling for several weeks, as was the washing machine. Two nearby Turkish restaurants and an Aldi about a 10 minute walk away were bonuses. Our host was very obliging and patient in responding to our queries. The apartment is lovely. It has a large living area and good-sized rooms and is well heated and there is a lovely garden to look at through the back window.There is more to Leipzig than music. It has a rich history dating back centuries and, more recently, played an important role in the bringing down of the Berlin Wall. We are very glad that we decided to include Leipzig in our travel plans.

Erstmal vorab sehr sehr nette Vermieterin Die Wohnung ist in einem Viertel optisch wie wir gesagt haben St. Pauli von Leipzig. War zu jederzeit ruhig entspannt und zugleich interessant. Wohnung Tip Top super Preis Leistung alles sauber Bad sehr groß mit ebener Dusche Küche alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder und hatten dank der tollen Wohnung 3 sehr schöne Tage in Leipzig Lg Familie Heilmann aus dem Ruhrgebiet

FeWo liegt verkehrstechnisch recht günstig, man ist in wenigen Minuten mit den öffentlichen in der Stadt.Die Wohnung ist optimal ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet.

Kathastrophale Gegend, laute Türen

Die Gegend in der die Wohnung liegt ist schmutzig, von Schmierereien übersäte Häuser. Die Haustüre des Objekts schließt mit sehr lautem Geräusch (Schlafzimmer der Wohnung direkt am Treppenhaus). Die Wohnungstür bietet Null Schallschutz, Zigarettenkippen im Hof/Garten. Stinkende Wolldecken im Schrank. Wir habe uns entschieden nur zwei von drei Nächten zu bleiben und sind früher abgereist. Nie wieder; zu dem Preis hätte man auch ein Hotel im Innenstadtbereich bekommen.
