"We loved our stay! The property was as described and tastefully decorated. There were beautiful views of the mountains especially at sunset. We saw herds of elk from the deck every evening. Location was within 10 minutes of RMNP and downtown Estes Park. Would stay here again."

"Exceeded all of our expectations. Clean, well stocked, spacious (more so than the pictures show), excellent location for Rocky Mountain National Park, and gorgeous views off of the large back deck. Best equipped kitchen I've ever had at a rental (with one exception noted below) and very responsive staff when we thought we had an issue with one of the AC window units.And speaking of AC, many rentals in Estes Park don't have it, and they say you don't need it because it gets so cool at night. That's usually true, but we happened to be there during a hot streak, and boy were we grateful to have a cool place to come back to after a day of hiking in the park.I will just leave a few suggestions below for the renters:1) For a listing that is listed as accomodating 6, you should have more than 5 dinner sized plates in the cabinet. 2) There were a few loose boards on both the front patio steps and back deck that made it feel unstable. I trust that there are structurally sound, but loose boards give a bad impression of upkeep and safety. (That being said, you should really include a picture of that captures how big that back deck is! That was a total and very happy surprise!)3) The screen door leading to the back deck slams *very loudly* if you don't hold it all the way until it closes. We tried to do this but it's impossible if you are also trying to carry food or anything else that requires two hands. Felt bad for the neighbors everytime it happened!"

"My family of 5 had a great stay in this nice condo! The onlynegatives were that there was some mildew on the tiles in the shower and the hot tub could’ve been cleaned better. But that didn’t take away from our stay. I would recommend this condo to anyone!"

"This condo was the perfect spot to stay for our Rocky Mountain National Park vacation. We spent five days in the park, and being so close made it easy to get there for early morning timed entry tickets! The view from the balcony was outstanding- I spent most of my time at the condo sitting out there. Downtown Estes Park is close enough to make getting there a breeze, while being removed from the throngs of people in a quiet haven. The pool and hot tub were not the cleanest while we were there, which was a bit of a disappointment. The sleeping options suited our family of parents and two teen boys perfectly- the Murphy bed gave each boy a big bed of his own to stretch out in. All in all, we were totally happy with our stay."
