"Stayed at Divi with my family. Great location. The pools well kept but on the small side, Beach is perfect though. Staff was helpful with special shout out to Devon who serves on the beach from Gizmos. Lew was a great bartender at Gizmos too. The rooms are dated but we didn't go to spend time in the room. Can't say enough about the location located on a beautiful peninsula."

"Rooms were small but fine for an overnight. I booked a view room and received a room with no window. They moved me but the room that was available was a beside an entrance and very noisy. I make sure I had earplugs "

"This hotel is great for families, it has everything you need. The ocean view is amazing! The kitchen is always a must when i travel with family, we like to cook instead of eating out. The pink pearl restaurant at the building offers variety of food if you don't feel like cooking, you can also wash clothes if needed. The beach and boardwalk is right in front of the hotel, they offer free beach chairs for the guests, they offer stress free parking as well- as it can be very hard to find parking in the area due its busy streets. The cleaning lady was very nice. However bathroom has this constant smell i don't know where its coming from, one of the toilet barely flush as well. Front desk was great but i encounter one front desk lady where i kindly asked a question and she seems like she does not want to be bothered- it was my first time so i always do ask questions- this lady needs to be more friendly with guests. Overall, our stay was great. My family had fun and we will definitely come back again. Thank you."

"The property was ok compared to other resorts we have been too. We are very thankful we did NOT do the all inclusive package as the restaurant options were lackluster at best. Mix the rooftop bar was a great experience, best spot at the resort, just check the weather forecast before booking! The bartenders at gizmos down by the beach will charge you full price for virgin pina coladas and strawberry daiquiris for the kids, didn’t realize this until the last day when I asked someone at the pull bar, so beware. Also if you don’t do the all inclusive package I feel as though your service level will suffer at bars too. It seems like they need to hire additional folks to work at the restaurants on property as well, service was very slow when we did grab some small options to share before venturing out for dinner elsewhere. The beach area was nice, especially if you get out there early and get some good chairs and umbrella. No beach service, so don’t expect anyone to come around and take your drink or food order like most other resorts we’ve been to. Would definitely come back to SXM, but would stay somewhere else for sure. "

"The villa was perfect!! Close to the water, close to the pool, and close to the shops in Philipsburg. This was our second stay at the Villas and we will continue to book our stay on th island here. "

There were a few minor issues when we first arrived, but once we brought them to the host’s attention, Gene addressed everything promptly and efficiently. His responsiveness really stood out. He was quick to communicate, knowledgeable about the property and night life, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay.Gene was also very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. That level of attentiveness made a big difference and turned what could have been a concern into a positive experience.We truly appreciated his professionalism and care, and because of that, we would definitely stay here again.
