DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel and Spa Chester

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel and Spa Chester

10/10 Excellent
"Excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. A large carpark is very helpful. The outside aspect is beautiful enhanced by a large fountain. The Garden restaurant has a lovely view of the walled garden and the food is tasty and reasonable. The service was excellent. The room was incredibly quiet with a large TV, a fridge and a bath. The bed was very comfortable."

"We like staying at Village, the staff here were really helpful and friendly. The pool and facilities were excellent and kept spotless. The food was good and served quickly by staff happy to go the extra mile. Just small niggles prevented me from going 5star, a used towel left in my room, the sink plug didn't operate smoothly, the coffee machine wouldn't deliver coffee. A real shame...even so we'll probably go back in the future."
