"The images presented in the listing are entirely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. In reality, the accommodation is significantly different from what was advertised. Additionally, the payment was processed in USD without clear disclosure at the time of booking, which was unexpected and resulted in additional charges. The property itself is difficult to access, with unclear entry instructions, causing unnecessary inconvenience. Furthermore, the air conditioning is not functioning properly, which made the stay uncomfortable."

"Highly recommended! Upon arrival the lady at reception was very welcoming and easy going. Room was clean and fresh with plenty of secured parking directly Infront of our room. Facilities were clean even if didn't utilise them but the Pool and BBQ area looked well maintained and clean. Location is brilliant 2 minute drive to Sunnybank markets were we had some of the best Asian meals we've ever had. We will definitely be back for our next trip!"

"I realise it is an older hotel but the bathroom looked like very little had been done to it in the past 50years. The shower had obviously been repaired at some point an actually had a very unattractive checker plate panel in the middle of the wall. The soap holder was very loose and couldn't hold anything at all. The main room has obviously been repainted and recarpeted which was nice. We were very disappointed there wasn't a toaster as that what we had planned for breakfast. The eyelet curtains are falling apart and should be replaced. For the price that was paid it was very disappointing, but it was incredibly convenient to the wedding reception we attended across the road. We also dined at the bistro and appreciated the discount because of our booking, however it was the smallest steak in history with a very large price tag. The 3 prawns on top were bigger than the actual steak."

"Very helpful staff clean room and bathroom me and my wife been staying here most of the time we really enjoyed our time foods are excellent and good price got smart TV and microwave kettle and plates and cutlery and Woolworth and Aldi close by very convenient location public transport 5 minute walk bottle shop 2 minute from room"
