- A beautiful, very well-equipped, south-facing, ground-floor flat with 2 bedrooms, situated in the Nueva Ribera Beach Resort in Los Narejos.
Swimming pool with children’s paddling pool.
Situated right on the beach at the Mar Menor, renowned for its lovely, clean beach and warm, shallow water.
Direct access to the water sports club and the 5 km-long promenade with bars and restaurants.
Our bicycles (including children’s bikes) are available free of charge during your stay.
An underground parking space is also included in the rental price.
The rental price includes 30 kW of electricity per day; any additional consumption will be charged at 0.4 euros/kW.
