This south-facing villa features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living-dining area with an open kitchen, rooftop terrace, balcony, and a large terrace surrounding the house. On the terrace, you'll find a private pool with an outdoor shower, 2 sun loungers, and a large table for 6 people.

On the ground floor, you'll find the living-dining area with a fully equipped open kitchen, washing machine, and the first bedroom with a double bed, TV, built-in wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower.



Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms with double beds, built-in wardrobes, and two full bathrooms with showers.



From this floor, you can access the spacious balcony and the rooftop terrace. The rooftop offers stunning views of the two salt lagoons of Torrevieja.



The entire villa is equipped with central air conditioning for both cooling and heating.
