"The cleanliness, room size and staff "

"Perfect hotel for family with 4 year old toddler! The room is big enough and has great amenities including washer/dryer and small kitchenette. The staff were extremely attentive, kind and hospitable! There is a play corner in the lobby that had toys, Japanese dress up clothes and coloring supplies that my daughter enjoyed very much. Highly recommend and would stay again! "

"I had a wonderful time in Tokyo. The hotel was very clean, no issues. The mattress was clean and comfy as well as the bathroom. You have all you need from toothbrushes to hair ties. The staff was very nice. Although the rooms are small it wasn’t as bad with two people. I would come back. "

"Great hotel and area for tourists. Clean rooms with attentive staff. Only downside was the Godzilla terrace was closed for construction. Would definitely stay again!"

"Clean room, modern amenities, good gym"

"Room was small but quite comfy. Pillows were flat but the bed itself was comfortable. Loved our view from the 16th floor! We had some laundry and was able to do that on the 7th floor but be aware you may need to extend the drying time. We did so like an additional 3 hours total to get our stuff to dry and it was mainly undergarments. We were able to go out and come back to check on it throughout the day. Staff was helpful when we needed to extend our checkout time because we had a late flight. Our cards stopped working and the staff was able to get us new ones working quick. The area was close to a lot of shopping and food options. It was very convenient. Loved the cafe in the lounge! The matcha latte was a must for me every morning. The rooftop park was nice but the weather wasn’t that great during our stay unfortunately so we didn’t get to enjoy much time up there. I would stay here again as it’s so close to the train station and in the same building has so many food options! Also a close walk to the hachiko statue which has been on my bucket list for the longest time. Definitely recommend! "
