"I’ll start off in saying the staff was great and they attend to all your needs. When we arrived and walked into the building, it looked very nice and classy as you would expect. But you are greeted with a very strong smell of a cleaning chemical that does not smell pleasant. I am very sensitive to air quality and it was a little difficult to take a deep breath on the ground floor with this smell. My advice would be to change cleaning fluid to a more pleasant smell. When we arrived in the room, there was a strong musty smell. Again, it was difficult to take a deep breath. The hotel promptly changed our room when we complained. The most disappointing aspect of our stay was the breakfast buffet. A few years ago we stayed here and the breakfast buffet was spectacular. Things have changed drastically. The food was extremely sub par and It was hard to find anything we liked. The breakfast buffet was one of the reasons we chose to stay here. The quality has suffered and it really is a shame. "

"This is an underrated hidden gem in Manila. I would happily stay here again. The team are extremely friendly and helpful. No request is too big! The security team deserve a special mention for the hard work they do! Including tending to a prostitue screaming in the hallways at 3am. The rooms are modern and facilities are spot on. Keep up the amazing work. I look forward to staying again!"
