"A/C worked. I did not get breakfast. You can tell the hotel is older & that renevations are in progress. The most important things I fell have been addresses first. 1. mattresses were new. 2. Linens were new & clean. It was obvious what still needed to be upgraded. NO BED BUGS. Which is most important. A/C worked great. Shower water could have been hotter. The water was tepid. Staff were extremely friendly. Even with booking online you still needed to check in & out at the desk. "

"My stay was okay . The WiFi wasn’t working at all . Staff were ok . Customer service could be better . Didn’t feel very welcoming. The room was nice and spacey but wasn’t very clean . Floor was dirty. The lamp wasn’t working properly. AC was working well and cold . Overall could be better but whatever works best that one can afford. "

"Excellent place to stay as you get laundry and full kitchen amenities. This goes a very long way to packing lightly and saving money on breakfast/lunches in the Orlando area. Also, the property was clean, restful and you have a home away from home if you wish. "

"I checked in and immediately checked right back out. I’m not afraid to stay in a rough area, but I do expect a clean room, and this was by far the worst place I have ever seen. The room was absolutely filthy and disgusting. The door was dented and damaged, the sheets had hair and stains (possibly blood or other bodily fluids), the mirrors were smeared, the floors were dirty, and the bathtub was stained. The entire room smelled old and musty. I went to the front desk and they tried to move me to another room, but it was even worse. The manager even told us not to pull back the bedding because we would “mess it up,” and said he saw us checking it, which was very unsettling. The second room was just as bad, with dirty bedding, stained furniture, and damaged doors. I got a refund and left immediately. The online pictures look nothing like the property. It felt more like an hourly rental than a hotel. Spent $100 more at a resort nearby and it was worth every penny. Stay far away. "

"If I can give NO star I will. Host takes forever to respond. The place looks inviting when posted however, when you get there neighborhood feels sketchy and so surrounding. As looking inside seems find until we were having dinner as we wanted to shower before resting and the nightmare comes! The shower drain clogged up and when we try to plunge it the water comes out of the sink. As we hope the host does some sort of solution unfortunately NONE. We went to relax and celebrate my birthday and then we got experience all of that! Therefore no hesitation we decided to leave the place. "
