We arrived before check in and he allowed us to come in early and drop off our luggage and gave us a tour of the property. Breakfast was nice and we even met his dog Luna :-). We were a block away from a portion of the Christmas markets and about 8 minutes from all the downtown shops and sights. Stop looking and just stay here!"

"Enjoyed a lovely 3 night stay recently. Location is second to none with you only being a 1 minute walk from Grand Place square and a 2 mins walk from Brussels Central station. Hotel staff are incredibly friendly and will do anything possible to make your stay all the more enjoyable. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast buffet was great, with plenty of options. "

"The front desk clerks were nice to unfriendly. Poor communications about breakfasts, one French lady was not friendly when i explained i cannot hear. She would not communicate in writing so she was jerk. Three other hotel staff were friendly, cordial and helpful. Breakfast was good first 2 days then reduced to simple breakfasts for same amount of $$$. There needs to have better instructions in a room regarding different information about trash situation. The housecleaning staff were upset...
