"Beautiful old hotel which has been kept up and in great condition with free cookies. The basic room was huge with great pillows. Free Breakfast with made to order omelette and fresh fruit! Would stay here again in a heart beat. Plenty of restaurants you can walk to."

He was very helpful and was polite. He asked us about our trip and was very welcoming as it was our first time out in Massachusetts. He honestly made the stay even better because he made it feel like a 5 star hotel! "
