The gourmet kitchen features sleek granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware you need to prepare anything from a family dinner to a tray of sunset cocktails. A separate bar area with a beverage cooler provides the perfect spot to mix drinks while taking in the pool and waterfront views.

Step outside to your private patio, where the heated pool, lounge area, and outdoor grill create a tropical retreat. On the second floor, a spacious living area with a loft and sectional couch offers direct balcony access, where you can take in breathtaking views of the canal, lanai, and Marco Island. The master bedroom features a king bed, television, an en suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks, a luxurious soaking tub, and a walk-in shower, as well as direct balcony access to enjoy the water views. The third floor is a kid’s paradise, featuring a bunk room with two bunk beds (four twin beds) and access to the fourth-floor observation deck, where you’ll experience stunning panoramic views of the island and waterways.
