Loved my stay! The staff was super friendly and nice, felt very welcomed. The room was comfortable and clean. Parking was easy and convenient. The breakfast was perfect, I also dinned in the restaurant and loved everything. Banana Toffee Waffle dessert is well worth the calories!

I had a choice of hotels in Leeds or the Black Horse. I'm so glad I chose the latter. Some extra driving, but great to be in a historic building in a historic area, and so close to the motorway and service station.

You have a designated parking spot for you -- you do not need to worry about you do not have any parking on that B&B place. The staff was very welcoming when we arrived around 9pm that evening. We took advantage of the restaurant one evening and my sons and...

Other than repeated difficulties we had finding the hotel upon returning from our daily genealogical research outings in the area, we had the MOST wonderful experience at this hotel.
The rooms were well-appointed and clean. The food--both the menu and preparation--was of the highest quality (i.e., what I might expect for a large city restaurant, but found in this small town on the outskirts of Leeds). It was SO good, we ended up eating almost every meal there during our stay! Homemade soups,...
