"We loved this place, as it's next to a train and tram station, with easy access to other places of the city. There are supermarkets and restaurants around the corner, easy to find what to eat, and it's a stone's throw away from the Isle of the Museums, a highlight of Berlin."

A repair technician came immediately, but the issue was not fixed at that time (it was fixed the following day). In addition, the telephone in the room was broken and completely unusable."
