"Large ocean view room, spacious. The shower had poor water flow and would not get hot, and the mattress stunk. My half of king bed felt slanted towards the floor, like a very heavy person slept there for a long time."

"This is not just steps away from white sand beaches unless steps are like a mile away or they mean on the volleyball court. Misled! And this should be removed from property amenities. The location near the airport is cool, walkable. There is no market to by little stuff if needed. Food and drinks are overpriced. Sorry but without the beach front and missing more than just a few normal things needed it misses the mark. Rooms are really nice. Staff still just okay and slightly under staffed."

"Rooms are dark! Worst Hilton I have ever stayed in. The floor tiles were lifted. Our TVs volume did not work. The pool and bar area was nice. "

"They advertise beachside which is completely false! The size of the beach is smaller than my backyard patio! I will never stay here again, staff was not helpful and made it clear to me that this is vacation homes and you get leftover from owners that are not using the units when I asked foe a higher floor. I checked out a day early, my Mother’s day trip was ruined, my mom was looking forward to an Ocean view as they advertised! I was treated like a second class citizen to say the least because I booked through a third party as they called it! I don’t recommend it, it’s over priced and overrated."

"Very comfortable accommodations. Quiet. Rarely could we feel the boathouse rocking in the water. Remember that this is a working marina - fish smell is subtle, watch for fish being cleaned and thrown as you walk along the dock. Good value for the price. "

"Had a terrible experience at this hotel. I specifically booked this hotel because it said they were “pet friendly” on Expedia. They absolutely are not. I did not mind that my ESA dog is not considered a service animal and I would have to pay a fee but upon arrival I was asked to sign a contract that said I cannot leave my dog alone in the room at any time. It also said that if my dog barks at all I can be fined $250. I asked about this and wanted to know if my dog is allowed in the pool area which I was told he was not allowed, so I said how am I supposed to use the pool if I cannot leave my dog in the room. The older woman at the front desk who was not even the one checking me in was so nasty and said that I should have thought about that before booking and read their policies. Such terrible attitude and customer service. I felt constant anxiety during my stay that my dog who is a relatively good and calm dog might bark and cause me a fine by this hotel. I also could not use any amenities such as the pool because of this policy. Don’t state that you’re pet friendly when you clearly are not. Will absolutely not go back here with or without my dog. And the woman at the desk needs an attitude adjustment because her customer service is disrespectful. When we came back to the hotel in the evening after being out for dinner with our dog, she made a nasty face at us too. Hilton, please fix this for your future guests. Btw no mention of the 250 fine online in their policy"
