"The hotel has great employees that take care of you. The place was very clean and the breakfast was amazing. I was very happy staying there, and recommend it. Big bonus is the free shuttle to & from the airport!👍"
"Th layout of our room Premium twin was very challenging. Shower Room completely transparent, opposite the only window, for 2 women sharing a room, it is VERY difficult. The long sofa faces the shower with no small coffee table to hold drinks. We travel a lot, this is one of the most difficult room to handle. BUT the staffs are wonderful: especially the dinning room Teresa and Christiane; attentive, polite and effective..thank you"
"Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questa struttura, l'appartamento era pulito e confortevole, corredato di tutti gli utensili necessari in cucina ed ogni 2 giorni venivano effettuate le pulizie. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione è ottima, attaccato al mercato Bolhao e alla omonima linea metro, ma ci si muove tranquillamente anche a piedi: con una passeggiata di 15 minuti si arriva al ponte Dom Luis."
"Area surrounding hotel was nice and it was easy walking distance to the historic centre. Staff were really helpful. We had a privilege garden view room and it was pleasing - nuxe shampoo/ conditioner , shower gel etc and a Dyson hairdryer which was a nice touch . Dressing gowns also provided. Breakfast was ok- enough on offer to please most .
Would definitely recommend and would return if staying in Porto again . The pool ( heated) was a welcome addition after a day exploring Porto . "

"Loved the location of this hotel. The vibe by the river was amazing, with great little restaurants along the strip. Location to bridge/downtown Porto was so convenient, and gave us a little escape from the downtown core. Gaia has beautiful views across the water to Porto.

"Wonderful stay! The historical atmosphere at this hotel is amazing. They have embraced the history while keeping up to date with accommodations visitors enjoy. The gardens create a welcoming first impressions and the staff were extremely helpful with questions, places to visit and arranging restaurant times.
Our room was spacious, clean and had the best shower from my two week stay in Portugal.
