"We have stayed at Aloft before and have found the property to be very well located and convenient. The room was clean but as commented previously the property is a little aged and needs some upgrading especially the bathroom. We have no complaints about the staff. They were all very pleasant, helpful, cheerful, polite and friendly."

"Staff were all friendly and extremely helpful in all areas of the hotel that we used. They were all keen to do their very best for us. Nothing was too much trouble. There were a number of elevators in the hotel which meant minimal wait times. Our room was clean, tidy and spacious. The complimentary mini bar drinks and snacks were a bonus. There was an excellent array of toiletries. Beds were comfortable. We are still trying to work out the function of a "black glass mirror" though in the main area of the room. A regular glass mirror would be much more functional. The breakfast buffet was extensive and offered a wide variety of both western and local cuisine. The coffee was lovely too. The staff in the breakfast area were efficient and very friendly. The location was quite close to shopping malls. We would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to others."

"The location is perfect with walking distance to both KLCC and Pavilion mall. The room is very clean and the staff are really helpful and friendly. We were surprised to see the towel swan and small gifts for the kids on the bed after the room service. That was so sweet. Thank you for doing all of these for us!"
