Main Level
The entry level welcomes you with a spacious living area, open-plan kitchen, and dining table for eight. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer beautiful city views from the balcony. This floor also has a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a laundry area, a guest bathroom, and a service bathroom.

Lower Level
The lower level includes a cozy TV lounge with a 70` smart TV and a large desk, perfect for remote work. Here, you’ll find two bedrooms: one with a king bed and the other with two twin beds, each with private bathrooms. An additional maid’s room with its own full bathroom offers flexibility for larger groups.

Rooftop Terrace
The rooftop is designed for dining and relaxation, with a Weber BBQ grill, dining table for eight, hanging chairs, and ambient string lights. A guest bathroom and storage area make this an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy panoramic city views.

Additional Details
This penthouse includes three dedicated parking spaces, midweek cleaning, and complimentary wine. Please note that portable fans are provided in each room, as there is no air conditioning. While rare, there may be a slight odor in the downstairs bathrooms due to building infrastructure, though it does not affect the overall functionality.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.

- EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Inside the property it is not allowed to consume, buy or sell any kind of illicit substance for Mexico City.
- The reserving guest must send a photo of his/her ID prior to arrival, as well as that of all persons who will be staying with him/her. IDs of minors are not required.
- No smoking inside the property.
- No events or parties are allowed.
- Loud music is prohibited at all times.
- It is forbidden to remove makeup or remove any substance with bath towels, if any is stained will be charged accordingly.
- If you plan to receive visitors, please let us know one day in advance. It will also be very important that you provide us with a picture of your ID.
- Please respect the neighbors on the street and in the building.
- When entering or leaving the property and/or the building, keep quiet to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
