"An airport hotel could coast along on location and never be underbooked—but Sheraton Gateway was like a luxury resort and a destination on its own. Staff were without exception gracious, friendly and helpful. Access to the Club Room was a very pleasant extra well worth the price if you prefer a quiet environment for conversation. "

The dining area was clean, food was great, and the servers were very nice and considerate. The check-in staff was good, less friendly - but efficient."
